On Tuesday, October 23rd, members of the Bettendorf Kiwanis Club served many meals to the community at the Cafe on Vine in Davenport, Iowa. Volunteers also presented a donation check to the Cafe at the conclusion of the service project.

Bettendorf Mayor Bob Gallagher has invited Bettendorf Kiwanis to attend the State of the City address on Wednesday, February 24, at the Waterfront Convention Center. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. Opening/welcome remarks and lunch at 11:30 a.m. State of the City presentation at 12:15 p.m.
Members, please RSVP to Maria (mlevetzow@bettendorf.org or 563-344-4191) by February 16.
There will be no meeting on Tuesday, February 23.

Thank you to Kathy Wine of River Action for introducing the QC Wild Places initiative to our Kiwanis Club on Tuesday, January 24th. This program is an exciting way to encourage kids to experience nature and all it has to offer.
